We don’t keep stacks of inventory in some fluorescent-lit warehouse. Every piece we offer is made-to-order—crafted just for you, the moment you decide it’s meant to be yours. So no, it’s not Amazon Prime fast—but we think that’s kind of the point.

• Processing Time: Most orders are made within 2–7 business days. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower—like everything worth waiting for.
• Shipping Time: After that, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
• Tracking: You’ll get an email the second your order is on the move. Feel free to refresh it a hundred times—we do too.

We know waiting is hard. Especially when you're already emotionally attached to the hoodie. But we promise—it’s coming. And when it shows up, it'll feel like someone finally understood you.
